Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped by Canada Post, and tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been packed and shipped.
- In-Stock Items: Shipped within 2-5 business days.
- Out-of-Stock Items: Shipped within 5-7 business days.
In rare instances when an item is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss whether you prefer a refund or to keep the item on backorder. Backordered items can be canceled for a full refund at any time prior to shipment by contacting us at chandra@heightworks.ca or calling 403-201-8996. We will never substitute an alternate brand or product without your explicit consent.
